Lifeskills Training & Retreat Centre
Converted from the old Siglap Primary School, Kampung Siglap Lifeskills Training and Retreat Centre is a community space to inspire hope and change in the social service sector. Through partnerships with social service agencies and community organisations, we run overnight retreats and lifeskills training to meet the needs of disadvantaged families and individuals in Singapore.
Kampung Siglap lies at the core of New Hope Community Services’ mission to restore hope to displaced communities.

New Hope Community Services
New Hope Community Services (New Hope CS) is a social service agency working to bring change into the lives of the displaced and disadvantaged in the community.
Since 2004, New Hope CS has provided a range of social services and programmes such as temporary shelters, casework, mentoring, job-matching, life-skills training and support with long-term housing and employment.
We are a registered Charity since 2004, full member of the National Council of Social Service since 2005, and granted the Institution of a Public Character (IPC) status until 2026.
