Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation 1. The User or nominated Person-in-charge must administer the checking in process on the first day and checking out process on the last day of stay (for overnight use). 2. The User may book a facility up to 6 months, but no later than 2 months, in advance of the intended date of use. Kampung Siglap Life-skills Training and Retreat Centre reserves the right not to accept applications received later than 2 months prior to the intended date of use. 3. All bookings are non-transferable. 4. In the event where there is co-sharing of facilities, Kampung Siglap Life-skills Training and Retreat Centre will determine the degree of sharing. 5. Any cancellation or postponement of booking by the User must be specified in writing. Regardless the reasons, if the User cancels the booking; the following conditions would apply: a) For cancellation made 10 working days prior to utilization of the facilities, no penalty will be imposed. Any prepaid deposit will be refunded. b) For cancellation made 3-9 working days prior to utilization of the facilities, a penalty equivalent to 50% of the recommended donation rate will be imposed. c) For cancellation made less than 3 working days prior to utilization of the facilities, a penalty equivalent to 100% of the recommended donation rate will be imposed. 6. New Hope Community Services reserves the rights to waive, add, amend or cancel any terms and conditions of use of facilities. 7. The User shall not use New Hope Community Services and/or Kampung Siglap Life-skills Training and Retreat Centre’s name in any way either directly or indirectly in its advertising, promotion or any other activities, other than for the purpose of providing the address.
