Come Away will just be part of your staff retreat! Based on your organisation objectives, you can still have your team bonding or work plan activities. Or, you can simply give your team time to chill and relax!

Choose from two retreat formats – 2 Days 1 Night or a Day programme. We customise the programme to suit your organization's objectives and preferences. For example, Day 1 and Day 2 can be swapped if you prefer a later check-in time.

Session

Structured Sessions are facilitated workshops by our partners who are experts in the field of caregiving and stress. Participants will get the opportunity to deepen their knowledge about stress and burnout, and master self-care techniques that will in turn equip them to serve your clients better.

Come Away gives participants ample time to chill and relax. We call this Self-Directed Time, because you decide what you are going to do!  Having free and easy time is an important element of our wellness programme as it gives participants the freedom, time and space to do things that recharge them.

SUGGESTED ACTIVITIES

  • Cycling, Walking or Running to East Coast Park

  • Go on a Food or Heritage trail around Kampung Siglap

  • Journaling

  • Play sports - e.g. Basketball, Badminton, Pickle Ball, etc.

  • Explore the nook and cranny of the neighbourhood

  • Music Jamming

  • Play a game of board games

  • Cycle out to makan

  • Take a nap!
